Spine Stabilization Exercise Instruction A 60-minute session with a therapist who demonstrates proper exercises to enhance recovery and support the care plan. Even the most enthusiastic athlete will learn new methods of strengthening that will improve spinal health and physical performance.
Progress Reports A monthly or regularly scheduled assessment that measures subjective and objective adaptation of your body to the care plan.
